Promises kept: Rusk/TJC Promise Program honors scholars

The Perkins Family and TJC president Dr. Mike Metke honored the second class of Rusk TJC Citizens Promise students during a ceremony May 9 at TJC’s Jean Browne Theatre and Courtyard. A total of 20 students were recognized; seven graduated from TJC last week.
