Protecting against child abuse

Over the past two weekends at Ven. Margil Catholic Mission in Alto, the mission's children released blue balloons to raise awareness about child abuse. Church officials said the mission gives instructions to all children and teenagers about protecting themselves or others from child abuse. They are also encouraged to never show any fear of reporting the problem.
