Former U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison addresses attendees at the public opening of The Rusk Family Letters, a new collection at Stephen F. Austin State University that comprises documents written by noteworthy Republic of Texas historical figures Thomas J. Rusk and his brother, David Rusk.
