Representatives from several East Texas entities, including Sarah's Hope of Lufkin and Austin Bank-Jacksonville attended the A Circle of 10, Inc. planning meeting Sept. 9 in Jacksonville. A Circle of 10 hopes to turn the former site of Phoenix Square into an education and events center.
