County swears in elected officials

Cherokee County’s elected officials took their oaths of office during a ceremony held New Year’s Day at the Cherokee County Courthouse. In front from left are Precinct 1 Commissioner Kelly Traylor, County Attorney Dana Young, 2nd Judicial District Attorney Elmer Beckworth, 2nd Judicial District Judge Chris Day and Precinct 2 Constable Jack White. In back are Precinct 3 Commissioner Patrick Reagan, Precinct 1 Constable Lynn Kelley, Precinct 3 Constable Eddie Lee, Cherokee County Sheriff James Campbell and Precinct 4 Constable Jamie Beene. Not pictured is Tax Assessor-Collector Linda Little.
