KOA's Phil Davis demonstrates the working faucet in the men's room at the Cherokee Civic Theatre. Previously, the sink in the mens' room could not be turned on during a performance due to noise made by the pipes. Mr. Davis, along with Walter Preble, paid for the parts to fix the plumbing, while inmates from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice supplied the labor.
