Doyle Tylich of Rusk shows off the 90-pound wahoo fish he caught on May 30 during a fishing trip in the Gulf of Mexico. The wahoo was approximately six feet long. Wahoos are fast swimming fish whose solitary lifestyle make them a rare catch. Wahoos are prize fishes to catch due to the difficulty of doing so and the reputation for the good taste of the meat. Mr. Tylich said last year, only five were caught on the fishing boat he was on.
