Margaret Ann Smith, a constituent liaison for U.S. Rep. Jeb Hensarling (RDallas) visits with Jacksonville resident Richard Nielsen. Mr. Nielsen, a member of an amateur radio operator group, asked for congressional assistance for his associates. Ms. Smith was at the Rusk City Hall Thursday to gather information concerning needs from local citizens.
