Matt and Elizabeth Miller of Rusk and Dan and Carla Chumley of Douglas announce the engagement of their daughter, Saran Chumley, to Patrick Heavner of Parkersburg, W.VA. Miss Chumley is a 2006 graduate of Rusk High School and a 2010 graduate of the University of Mary Hardin- Baylor. She is currently living in Chattanooga, Tenn. Mr. Heavner is a graduate of Parkersburg High School. A wedding is planned for Jan. 3, 2015 in Mineral Wells, W. Va.
