Band director, principal honored

Plaques of appreciation were presented to Gary Robbins, left, and Ricky Hassell at the May 13 meeting of the Rusk school board. The two department heads will be honored with a reception from 3:30-5 pm. Thursday, May 29, at the high school commons area. Mr. Robbins is retiring after 20 years with RISD and Mr. Hassell after 23 years.
