PHOTO: LEANN JONES The Alto Elementary ground breaking ceremony featured the elementary students partaking in the digging. The new elementary will cost $6.3 million consisting of 24 classrooms, labs, administrative offices, district nurse's office, special programs classrooms and conference rooms, totaling 45,000 square feet.
