Teachers receive attendance awards at annual banquet

Rusk teachers missing two days during the 2007-08 school year are in front Bettye Turney, Niki Acker, Terry Lindsey, Adam Nimitz; in back, Laura Peters, Misty Todd, Jill Hardy, Denise Fredericks and David White. Not pictured are Mashell Gates, John Rawlings, Lynn Ward and Craig Wilcox. They will receive $400 in November if they remain with the school district. Those missing one day will receive $450 and those with perfect attendance will receive $500.
