Highway 69 drainage

Crews have begun installing an underground drainage system under the low areas of U.S. Highway 69 near the Y in Rusk. Under-drains will be installed first, which will continue through June and possibly into July, depending on the weather. Final resurfacing operations will be completed in the fall.
