PHOTO: ROBIN BEST Country l Music Star Neal McCoy, a Jacksonville native, performed in hometown attire at the Jacksonville Tops in Texas Rodeo July 9. Among the songs performed was "Billy's got his beer goggles on." Neal's entire band sported the blue and gold in support of Jacksonville.
