The Keep Rusk Beautiful organization presents its latest Pride Award to the Sonic Drive-In on Dickinson Drive for its efforts in enhancing the overall landscaping of their business with bushes, plants, a small pond and water fountain; and replacing the old picnic tables with new individual tables. Keep Rusk Beautiful, under the guidance of Chairman Teresa Langley, (front, right) is working with the city and chamber of commerce to raise public awareness on ways to improve the appearance of Rusk. The Pride Award is presented each month to a business or residence which helps to enhance the beauty of Rusk.
