l Mr. and Mrs. Steve Daniel announce the engagement of their daughter, Tara Brooke, to James Hayden Newman, son of Mr. and Mrs. Rodney Newman. Both are Rusk High School graduates. Miss Daniel is also a graduate of Texas A M University, Class of 2007, and Mr. Newman is a 2004 graduate of Baylor University. The couple will be married Jan. 31, 2009.
