The combined choirs of Cold Springs United Methodist Church and A. Frank Smith United Methodist Church in Alto presented a Dec. 14 cantata, "Hope Has Hands." The cantata was directed by Marcia Hassell and Cindy Johnson. The characters of Anna and Simeon are portrayed by Joane Hunter and Tony Simms. The tech team includes Les Hunter, Glen Thomson and Ann Henley. Choir members are: Alma Wallace, Cindy Johnson, Linda Mayhan, Shirley Tyer, Courtney Johnson, Amy Clugston, Jim Russo, Dick Dobbins, Nathan Bryan, Freddie Wallace, Wayne Pegues, Randy Low, Cody Allen, Summers Hassell, Jace Tobias, Billy Sessions, Judy Sessions, Jane Parsons, Karla Bryan, Madeline Danheim, Sarah Pegues, Hallene Thomson, Virginia Low, Madge Watkins, Frances Tullis, Sandy Wallace, Marsha Gregston, Frances Henley, Grace Hall, Darcee Jowell, and Kay Milstead.
