Stoney Thompson, president of the Rusk Chamber of Commerce, presents Larry Long, president of Austin Bank in Rusk with an acrylic plaque. The plaque was presented as a token of the chamber's appreciation of the bank becoming an elite platinum member. The bank's name will be displayed from one of the lamp posts on the square in Rusk.
