TxDOT's James Barron of the Rusk maintenance section uses hand signals to tell a dump truck driver to raise his bed while working on U.S. Highway 69 south of Rusk on March 18. Work on Highway 69 between Rusk and Alto is scheduled to continue throughout this week. Daytime lane closures will be in effect while the work is in progress.
