Jacksonville senior T.D. Black received the 2009 Rick Watson Memorial Scholarship at Monday's athletic banquet, given to a young man who is a leader on and off the field and has the respect of coaches and teammates. He was awarded the $1,000 scholarship by "the voice of the Fightin' Indians," Matt Montgomery and his wife, Kelly.
