Valerie Dilliard of Rusk and Blake Harris of Memphis, Tenn. will be married at 3 p.m. Oct. 22 at Anthony Chapel at Garvan Woodland Gardens in Hot Springs, Ark. Miss Dilliard is the granddaughter of Carol Dilliard of Rusk and the late J.C. (Carlie) Dilliard. Mr. Harris is the son of Larry and Carolyn Harris of Memphis. Miss Dilliard is a 2005 Rusk High School graduate. Both are May graduates of Harding University with Bachelors of Social Work and are employed in Memphis.
