Restaurant owner Rob Gowin poses in front of the entrance to the Sadler's at the Landmark Restaurant. Mr. Gowin, in association with the new Lon Morris College Hospitality Department, reopened the restaurant last week to serve as a training ground for students who wish to go into the growing hospitality business. The restaurant will be open Monday-Friday from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
