Mr. and Mrs. Larry Allen of Rusk announce the engagement of their daughter, Kayla, to Matt Branton of Rusk. Miss Allen is the granddaughter of Verlene Brandon of Cushing and the late Homer Brandon, Irene Allen of Rusk and Reba and Bobby Allen of Frankston. Mr. Branton is the son Sandra McDuffey of Jacksonville and the grandson of the late Stella Ruth and Charles Ford. The wedding will be Aug. 15 at the Cherokee County Electric Co-op community room. Family and friends are invited.
