The Rusk Rotary Club will raffle off a two-seater red motor scooter, which gets 100 miles per gallon. Tickets are $10 each or three for $25. For more information call Marty Jackson, president, at (903) 683-1599 or go to the Rotary Club web site at www.ruskrotary.org.
