Shivangi Patel, daughter of Hena and Dave Patel, owners of Lucky's Bar Grill in Rusk cuts the ribbon officially opening the business. The bar and grill is named for Mr. and Mrs. Patel's son. Holding the ribbon are Rachel Loden, chamber president; and Bob Goldsberry, chamber executive vice-president. Attending the ribbon cutting were members of the Rusk Chamber of Commerce, friends and well-wishers.
