New Emergency Management Coordinator Sidney Riley discusses job details with retiring Ken Hannah. Mr. Riley has 28.5 years experience in the U.S. Army. He retired with the rank of Colonel. Mr. Hannah is retiring from Cherokee County after 10 years of service, two of those in emergency management.
