Trustees with TDCJ stain and paint the exterior of the pocket park caboose, located on U.S. Highway 69 N in front of the Weston Inn and Suites. Despite recent rains in the forecast, the trustees were able to rebuild the floor of the caboose as well as paint the interior and exterior. The official dedication of the caboose will be Monday, Oct. 19 at 10:30 a.m.
