764-mile trail ride benefits fight against cancer

l Sharon Fisher and Bob Slayden of Flint pose with one of their two horses outside of a home in El Paso soon after completing their "Cowboys Against Cancer Cross Texas Trailride" benefitting Relay for Life of Cherokee County. The two riders raised more than $1,000 over their 764 mile trip from Jacksonville to El Paso and plan to organize more trail rides to benefit veterans, Alzheimer's research, heart disease and diabetes.
