Naval Sea Cadet Sam Fizer of Tyler presents a U.S. flag flown aboard the USS Arizona Memorial, the USS Missouri Memorial, the USS Utah Memorial and the USS Oklahoma Memorial at the U.S. Naval Base at Pearl Harbor on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, to Rusk Mayor Pro-tem Walter Session. Fizer and his fellow members of the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps, Clayton Sims of Whitehouse and Patrick Bailey of Tyler, made the presentation Monday to commemorate the 68th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor. The flag was made available by Cadet Corp representative Warrant Officer Randy Vandersay of Jacksonville.
