l The engagement of Rocio Tizcareño and Scott Ryan Helm has been announced. The couple will be married March 27at Lake Tyer. Miss Tizcareño is the daughter of Tomasca Tizcareño and Ramiro Tizcareño and the granddaughter of Theresa Tizcareño. She is a 2007 Robert E. Lee High School graduate. Mr. Helm is the son of Helen and Glen Self and Jerry Helm of Rusk. His grandmother is Ernestine Helm of Rusk. He is a 2007 Rusk High School graduate.
