After learning about soil in Sarah Frazer and Shanna Bowman's fifth grade science classes, these boys started the first Rusk Intermediate Ecology Club. They are building a compost pile using materials brought from home, organic material found on campus, and leftover food from the cafeteria. This compost will then be used to fertilize an on-campus garden. Pictured from left are Patrick Ball, Keith Padgett, Austin Fortune and Wes Thompson.
