Daphne Noble, left, is the new Cherokee County registered sanitarian (health inspector). She replaces Charlotte Sanders, right, who is retiring. Ms. Noble will inspect food services at day cares, restaurants, schools and other places serving food. She will do safety inspections for children and foster homes.
