Footbridge gets elbow grease

Inmates attached to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice's work squad recently manicured the Footbridge Park just off the square in downtown Rusk. Inmates hauled away fallen tree branches, removed poison ivy and other vines and improved the picnic sites.
