Circle of Ten Council awards almost $120,000 in grants

A Circle of Ten, Inc, awarded three grants totaling almost $120,000, to three community based agencies: The Almond Tree, Water's Edge Encampment and The Chapparal Center this past Friday. The grants will be used by the three organizations to build organizational capacity and were made possible through the United States Department of Health and Human Services' ECON grant.
