This 18-wheeler driven by Shannon Dale Yarbrough was involved in a single-vehicle accident last Friday afternoon at U.S. Highway 69 and CR 343 E. Rusk P.D. Assistant Chief Roy Cavazoz said the truck tipped over when Mr. Yarbrough attempted to turn off of U.S. Highway 69 and onto CR 343 E. Authorities said that speed and the way the logs were stacked may have played a role in the accident. Mr. Yarbrough was transported via ambulance to ETMC-Rusk.
