Among those persons recognized for the adoption of proclamations and extensive letter writing on behalf of Rusk State Hospital were from left, Marla Kozlovsky, Felice O'Neal, Heather Jones, Marie Whitehead, Charles Hassell, Mayor Angela Raiborn, Bob Goldsberry and Rusk State Hospital Superintendent Ted Debbs. The project last spring to save Rusk State Hospital's funding was a large undertaking and these people accepted the thank you card on behalf of larger groups that included chambers and councils in Rusk and Jacksonville.
