Donald Woodard, president of the Rusk High School Alumni Association presents a proclamation declaring Sept. 25 Freddye White Day in Rusk. Mrs. White was recognized as the oldest living RHS graduate. At left is her husband, Houston White. Mrs. White was also presented a plaque for being voted board member emeritus. Ann Doggett accompanied Mr. Woodard to make the presentation.
