New nursing-rehab center opens in Rusk

Steve and Pam Winfield, owners and operators of The Arbors in Rusk, are preparing for a sneak preview and open house of the new $4 million facility on Saturday. When the nursing center officially opens, it will have 43 residents and more than 55 employees. The Winfields said the new floor plan can accommodate an additional 67 patients.
