New Jacksonville Mayor Kenneth Melvin delivered the oath of office to District 3 Councilman Billy McDonald (left) and to District 1 Councilman Hubert Robinson (right) during Tuesday's meeting of the Jacksonville City Council. Both men ran unopposed in their bids for election in May.
