Johnnie Wayne and Susan Holcomb Richey of Rusk announce the engagement of their daughter, Tara Jo Richey, to Derek Paul Diaz de Leon, son of Reynaldo and Tracey Diaz de Leon of Corsicana. Miss Richey graduated from University of North Texas at Denton, and is employed as a special education teacher with Ennis ISD. Mr. Diaz de Leon graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and is employed at La Duni, LLC in Dallas. A November wedding is planned at the Hall of State at Fair Park in Dallas
