The first "sign" that McDonald's is about to open is a new McCafe sign, which arrived earlier this week. Franchise owner Lynann Young flips through architect drawings as subcontractors work through a punch list of details before the grand opening later this month. Mrs. Young said she hopes to hire another 30 people for full-time and part-time employment.
