Jerri Nicole Blackmon and Zackery Scott Tussing will be married at 2:30 p.m. Sept. 17 at the Hilltop Baptist Church in Alto. Miss Blackmon is the daughter of Stacie and Tim McCollum of Alto and Larry and Shelli Blackmon of The Woodlands. Mr. Tussing is the son of Ron and Leann Tussing of Rusk.
