U.S. Forest Service helicopter team deploys to county

l The U.S. Forest Service recently positioned a helicopter crew at Cherokee County Airport to respond to area fires. The Bell 205 is capable of dumping buckets of water directly on flames. The helicopter was used over the weekend to help control wildfires in several East Texas counties.
