Kenny Birdwell, contractor, and Curtis Merchant, TSR staff member, survey work done at the railroad lake in Rusk. Mr. Birdwell and his staff are in the process of cleaning out lily pads, other trash and debris to make a cleaner lake after the area receives rain.
