Fran Daniel keeps the flames of HOPE bright at retirement

l HOPE Executive Director Fran Daniel credits the Cherokee County community with helping HOPE (Helping Others Pursue Enrichment), Inc. grow and offer services throughout the county. Mrs. Daniel is retiring from her position at HOPE after 20 years as a part-time volunteer and executive director.
