Rusk Mayor Angela Raiborn presents a proclamation to Precinct 1 Commissioner Kelly Traylor, left, thanking county officials for help extended to the city of Rusk. Mr. Traylor and his staff have recently renovated the Precinct 1 barn on Main Street in Rusk. The county barn has been extended to allow for housing county vehicles and space for construction of road signs. This work has been moved from the Precinct 2 barn at Alto. Constable Lynn Kelley, right, was also recognized for his assistance to the city.
