Singletary Memorial Library director Amy Derrington (back) presents Fay George with the prize for "best hat" during the library's Mad Hatter tea party last week. Ms. George's hat featured pink peonies, a blue ribbon and an oversized rainbow butterfly. Grounds work was done by Cherokee County Master Gardner Linda Cryer.
