Charcoal Alley sits in downtown Jacksonville, where Emily Griffin's photography studio used to sit, along with the restaurant next door. It has now been reinvented as a food truck park - the first of its kind in East Texas. Charcoal Alley was open this past weekend, serving breakfast and lunch to the Catfish Row visitors.
