Todd and Sandy Dover, along with Joe and Julie Kendrick announce the engagement of their children, Emma Lou Kendrick and Jarred Shane Dover. The couple will exchange vows Aug. 25 in Forney. Mr. Dover is currently enlisted in the United States Air Force and they will make their home at Beale Air Force Base, Calif. Grandparents include Tony and Johnnie Williams of Jacksonville, Martha Ellison of Vero Beach, Fla. and Patricia Kendrick of St. Cloud, Fla.
