The Singletary Memorial Library in Rusk is packed for this session of the summer reading program. The summer reading program is scheduled for 10:30-11:30 a.m. each Tuesday through July 24. The library is located at 207 E. Sixth St. In addition to the summer reading program, the library offers a variety of programs for the entire family.
